Q: Why are clogs forming as early as 90 days after a new system install?
A: Today’s aluminum coils are lightweight and cheaper than copper but without antibacterial properties of copper, a clog can happen in as little as 90 days. Though clogs are not covered in the 1 Year Warranty, you lose time, money and probably do the service free-of-charge to keep your customer happy.

Q: Is this a condensate pump?
A: No. HydroClear is designed to clear clogs in gravity drains only. It allows lines to drain with normal gravity and if clog (slime) forms downstream, it clears it with up to 60PSI. If a clog forms upstream, it uses automated vacuum suction to clear the clog.
Q: How long is the drain maintained?

A: HydroClear keeps drains flowing until your next planned maintenance visit. During this visit, normal drain maintenance is required.
